Robert Abbott joined the IHO board soon after retiring from his position as Senior Vice President and Manager for US West Real Estate at Citigroup Corporate Realty Services in Los Angeles. In his role as Secretary with IHO, he lends his expertise in project feasibility and assists with financing, asset review, and management. His experience meeting with community groups, municipal staffs, and neighborhood councils helps propel approval of IHO projects.
