Carlsbad, CA

Pacific Wind Apartments is in Carlsbad’s historic Barrio neighborhood, less than one mile from the Pacific Ocean. The residential campus features garden-style walk-up buildings designed to minimize the appearance of the enhanced density.

El Verano Apartments

El Verano Apartments was once the site of a blighted, nuisance motel in Anaheim that is now a three-story affordable senior housing community.

Irvine, CA

Rockwood Apartments

Anaheim, CA

Rockwood Apartments is the first residential community in Anaheim created to address the special needs of the city’s unhoused families with students in the Anaheim Unified School District.

Norwalk Towers

Norwalk, CA

Norwalk Towers, the tallest building in the city of Norwalk, is an 11-story senior apartment community for residents aged 62 and older, located adjacent to Norwalk City Senior Action Center.

Woodbridge Manor
