A Senior Vice President and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Community Development Officer for Pacific Western Bank in Brea, CA, Nancy Morikawa establishes relationships with community organizations with the aim of creating and investing in programs for underserved people and small businesses. She utilizes these skills and connections in her service on the IHO board. Since 2018, Nancy has assisted IHO with grant funding and volunteer services; she was elevated to the board in 2023. 

Why did you choose to serve with IHO? “IHO has the passion, vision, and commitment to assist low-income families by providing services in addition to housing that focus on financial literacy, health and wellness, and child care in order to assist all members of the family.”
