Woodbridge Manor Apartments was the first 100% very-low-income housing built in the City of Irvine (1981). Located in the high-resource Woodbridge Village community, and equal in design quality and amenities to its market rate neighbors, Woodbridge Manor is adjacent to the San Diego Creek bike path and within steps of pedestrian-scaled shopping, and a park and senior center, among other amenities. Over the years, Woodbridge Manor has expanded from 100 to 150 then 165 units to accommodate the city’s demand for high-quality senior housing. Resident services, offered in several languages to accommodate the cultural diversity of the residents, improve the quality of life and include health & wellness, brain fitness, and social activities. In 2021, equity investors replaced the tax credit Limited Partner. IHO remains the developer/owner of this flagship property.
